Review of Prerna

Good clothing, terrible customer service....not necessarily from the staff but from the manager herself. I found her to be disrespectful and as ironic as it seems, 'pleasantly' snobbish! In the guise of ' trying to help', she came across as overbearing! She needs to revisit what it means to practice good customer service, especially as it pertains to her idea of communicating company policy.
