Question for King's Jewellery

Good evening. I stopped by last Tuesday enquiring about having a pair of gold hoops made. I was quoted a price of $170.00 and told I would have to deposit half that amount and collect them one week later. I would like to know if I pay the full price up front if I can have them the same day.
