Poor customer service
I placed an online order in Barbados on Aug 27th and to date I have not received it. This is becoming ridiculous. I have called on 3 occasions and was told that someone will call me back and to date no one has called.
After posting this on FB they sent me an email saying they are trying to reach me and I should call them. No name of the person I should call just a number. I had asked for a refund since I never received the item but that has fallen on deaf ears. Courts Barbados has a very poor customer service record.
If it takes 3 weeks to process an online order then I suggest they get out of that line of business or they get someone with online experience to run this department.
