Review of Hutchinson Mary Car Rentals

Extremely rude, arrogant and not at all customer friendly. We have been a regular customer for years and have been willing to give her the benefit of the doubt but she not only gives us the oldest car each time, is completely rude and unfriendly towards us considering we have been a regular customer, complains about petty things such as (sand in the car) and demands for payment to get it cleaned. Never greets or gives good customer service when taking the car or delivering it back to her. All in all poor disgusting customer service, never will we give her our services again.
