Job offer: Manager, Capacity Management BB

Purpose of Role: The Manager, Capacity Management ensures the Bank has adequate technology resources for its needs, focusing on resource planning, documentation, optimization, and integration of bank products and emerging technologies.

• Identifies and addresses capacity needs across the Bank's technology landscape, aligning with service providers and mitigating operational impacts.
• Manages the Application Capacity Assessments and Infrastructure Capacity Assessments processes, ensuring compliance with standards and mitigating capacity and performance risks.
• Collaborates on technology projects to ensure adherence to capacity management standards and effective risk mitigation.
• Resolves capacity issues, maintains stakeholder relationships, and ensures adequate resources are procured based on data analysis.

Critical Knowledge & Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years in IT service management and a bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• Proven experience in capacity assessments, vendor management, and leading teams.
