Job offer: Officer, Sourcing II BB

Purpose of the Role: The Sourcing Officer oversees the development and implementation of contracts for supplies and services, ensuring adherence to policies and promoting business objectives. The role also involves working with internal teams to procure necessary services and supplies.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Administration of local supply and services contracts following Bank policies
• Conducting due diligence and reviewing contracts
• Carrying out cost/benefit analyses and handling negotiations
• Maintaining compliance with sourcing policies and financial regulations
• Building relationships within the business and managing service delivery

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Understanding of local laws and international regulations related to sourcing
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Relevant undergraduate degree and self-motivation with minimal supervision needs

Experience: Minimum 4-8 years in procurement, with expertise in negotiations and understanding of the Caribbean market.
